Your contacts are imported when you connect, and so is up to six months of chat history if you allow sharing it in the app. When someone on your team replies from the phone, the assistant pauses on that chat and comes back after a quiet period you set (24 hours by default), or when you hand it back from the inbox. If you'd rather have a number answered only by ChatPal, you can move it over instead.

Photos, yes: the bot reads each photo, up to 10 MB, and answers from it together with its caption. If a customer sends several photos at once, it may answer them one at a time. Voice messages, video and documents aren't answered.
